This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by NEOPATRON LTD at any time.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing (Stripe Compliance)
To access certain features of our Software, you may be required to purchase a paid subscription or license. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe.
- Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, including any recurrent subscription fees and relevant UK taxes (such as VAT).
- Billing Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise at the checkout.
- Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Software until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our software, charges are generally non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
- UK Consumer Rights (Cooling-off Period): If you are a consumer based in the UK/EU purchasing a digital service, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. However, if you explicitly consent to download or stream the digital content/Software during this period, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software and materials on Neopatron’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. NEOPATRON LTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the UK Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), NEOPATRON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our software.
